OK, I feel like I have to Explain this one. It's not a Joke. There have been ALOT of child abuse stories popping up over the last couple of months, and it's kinda made people very cautious around children. Sorta ruins the halloween spirit.

Yeah we had no trick of treaters here, never have. But hey we also live near a weed factory (which got raided by the police earlier this year), a man was found dead just outside our road and at least once a month there's crime with a gun involved either someone gets hurt or they are robbing a bank. Parents just don't want their kids out in the dark around here with those sort of things happen. :<

On the plus side: MORE LOLLIPOPS FOR ME!!

Oh, I know what you mean. The people of the few houses I hit (I'm totally 16, I swear. I was having a wonderful time, kthx) seemed oddly awkward this year round, as if I shouldn't be there. :<
